Onsite Medical Case Management (NCM)

– Experienced ISYS® Field Case Managers (FCMs) excel at coordinating communications, facilitating and assuring timely services and in helping to assure compliance with appropriate treatment protocols.

 

Telephonic Case Management (TCM)

– By applying ISYS®’ CaseSmart®approach which includes….intensive and pro-active attention to each case’s unique needs, good judgment, strong and effective communication skills, timely case monitoring and a constant focus on Return-to-Work opportunities so that constructive injury outcomes can be achieved.

 

Catastrophic Medical Case Management (CAT)

Life Care Plans (LCPs)

– Provides a concise plan for current and future needs with associated costs for individuals who have experienced a catastrophic injury or have chronic care needs

– Document is based upon published standards of practice, comprehensive assessment, data analysis and research

– Comprehensive plan of care and associated costs

 

Ergonomic Evaluations (ERGO EVAL)

– Designed to evaluate specific employee and work environment dynamics in order to improve long term worker health and safety

– When employees and employers adopt appropriate ergonomic practices, work-site injuries and related disabilities are reduced

– CAL-OSHA regulation 5110 under the California Labor Code, section 6357, notes the importance of implementing employer-based ergonomic programs which include work-site evaluations, the control of ergonomic hazards and employee education and training

 

Job Analyses (JA)

– Designed to analyze the specific job performed by the employee at the time of injury/disability or to assess a modified or alternative job being offered to an injured or disabled employee

– Best used to assist treating physicians in fully understanding the objectively determined requirements of a specific job so that the physician, employee and employer can make informed decisions about an employee’s ability to return-to-work

– ISYS® Job Analyses conform to ADA standards (Americans with Disabilities Act) by accurately determining both the essential and non-essential functional requirements of a specific job
