This month ISYS’ Charitable Activities Committee, hosted a picnic at our local park near the corporate office. The purpose of the picnic was to gather with colleagues, friends, and family, and to raise awareness for our flagship nonprofit partners, including Mental Health Association of Orange County, One Love Animal Rescue & Sanctuary,  American Red Cross, and Kids Chance, as well as others, such as Alzheimer’s Association, Pet Prescription Team, and Inspired Spaces Foundation.

A fun time was had by all! Many of our employees and their families enjoyed a variety of activities, including a chili cook-off, whip cream/bubble gum/pie-eating eating contest, water balloon toss (that turned into a fun water balloon fight:), a bounce house for the kids, real-life Mater from the movie Cars, and more.

The highlight of the picnic was our petting zoo brought in by One Love Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, which included kittens, turtles, and a blue and gold macaw.  One Love was able to adopt out pets and raised over $500 through our silent auction that took place the day of the picnic.

Big shout out to our Charitable Activities Committee and our Pay it Forward program for all their generous volunteer efforts throughout the year and for hosting such an enjoyable and heartwarming event. We loved having all our employees and their families plus friends come together for good causes and good fun.
