Injured Worker Education
ISYS® Case Management works creatively and intensively to provide case management solutions that have a positive impact on the injured workers we serve. Critical components to effective case management are education and empowerment. The workers’ compensation system can be very confusing and challenging for injured workers, especially when there could be a language barrier or other psychosocial barriers present impacting the person’s ability navigate the system and engage in treatment plans aimed at recover and return to work. The first step in mitigating such barriers and to building a trusting relationship among all parties in the wokers’ comp process is to educate.
