This summer, employees and families from ISYS and CareerSmart Learning gathered at Tri City Park in Southern California for our annual ISYS Summer Picnic, a day filled with connection, laughter, and community.

This year’s event was another wonderful reminder of what makes ISYS so special: our people. Every detail reflected the care, planning, and collaboration that made the day possible.

A Day of Fun and Connection

We are grateful to the volunteers who arrived ahead of the crowd to handle setup and make sure every detail was ready. Their hard work ensured that the day flowed smoothly, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the festivities without any stress. Attendees who arrived right at 11:00 a.m. were welcomed with a free raffle and extra tickets for the first 30 minutes, setting a fun and festive tone from the start.

The One Love team brought a variety of animals, creating a mini-zoo for the kids – and some of us adults!

Throughout the day, families and team members enjoyed a wide variety of activities, including a petting zoo, face painting, balloon animals, cornhole, giant Jenga, frisbees, footballs, and plenty of bubbles for the kids.

Culinary Creativity and Shared Laughter

The Appetizer Contest kicked off in the afternoon, featuring everything from homemade dips to creative snacks that highlighted our team’s personality and spirit. The entries were so impressive that it was impossible to pick just one favorite, so everyone was declared a winner. The appetizers were the perfect prequel to lunch from The Habit Food Truck.

The afternoon continued with crowd favorites like the balloon toss and pie-eating contest, both of which brought plenty of laughter and friendly competition. The day wrapped up with the raffle drawing at 2:00 p.m., sending several lucky winners home with prizes and everyone else with full hearts.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Team

A special note of gratitude goes out to the Charitable Activities Committee for planning and coordinating another phenomenal event. Your thoughtfulness, organization, and creativity shined through in every detail, from the layout of activities to the smooth timing and flow of the day.

We also extend sincere thanks to everyone who arrived early to set up and those who stayed late to take down. Your willingness to pitch in made all the difference. This spirit of teamwork and care truly reflects what ISYS stands for.

At ISYS, excellence begins with our people. Our Career Culture is built on collaboration, respect, and appreciation for one another. Events like the annual picnic give us a chance to step away from our day-to-day work and connect as colleagues, friends, and family.

Through our Pay It Forward program, we extend that same spirit of care to the broader community, supporting meaningful charitable initiatives like One Love Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, whose animal exhibits were a highlight of this year’s event.

The 2025 ISYS Summer Picnic was more than just a fun day at the park. It was a celebration of gratitude, teamwork, and the relationships that make our company exceptional.
