Our efficient, proprietary Case Management software is specifically designed to enable our Case Managers to document and communicate with all parties in real time and to enhance the unique quality and timeliness of our services.
Case Management reports are specifically designed to articulate impact and ensure a comprehensive summary of case dynamics is memorialized for the record; something that is essential for litigated cases.
All of our workers’ compensation Nurse Case Managers are required to have or obtain a Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification.
We adhere to a set of strict quality standards and internal code of conduct, as well as to the CCMC and CMSA code of ethics and professionalism.
Case Managers focus assertively and proactively on overcoming barriers to positively impact injured workers’ lives, enabling return-to-work and/or maximum medical improvement, as well as cost savings.
We don’t use contractors or part-time resources. All of our Case Managers are full-time employees because we believe that to ensure quality, we have to be invested in our team members and their benefits. This also means when we say we have coverage in a territory, it means we’ve invested in the resources necessary to cover that area.
We have a dedicated quality control process and a service enhancement department to ensure our services are consistently stellar and that we are delivering on our brand promises to provide quality, timeliness, and exceptional customer service.
