September hurricanes Helene and Milton had a severe impact on the Southeast, including Florida and especially impacting North Carolina. These areas continue to face devastation and catastrophic damage from extreme flooding to their systems and infrastructure. Most heartbreaking are the loss of lives and displacement of families and pets from their homes.

ISYS has many customers, vendors, and colleagues in these regions and several ISYS team members have family and personal friends in the affected areas. In support of them and all those impacted, we launched a company-wide effort to assist.

In early October, with monetary donations from both ISYS and our caring team members, we raised several thousands of dollars for the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund and directed it to their support of hurricane victims.

In addition, ISYS ran an internal campaign to support the region hardest hit and most in-need with in-kind donations. Our team members donated physical items and ISYS made monetary donations in honor of each of our team members who contributed. Combined, we sent several thousands of dollars in disaster relief items, including diapers, personal hygiene and sleeping items, along with cash to the local charity Hearts with Hands (based in North Carolina).  https://www.heartswithhands.org/

While we are saddened by these recent disasters, ISYS is pleased to be able to contribute to efforts and help. In total, ISYS raised and donated over 10K for hurricane victims.

Our ISYS work-family is continuing to keep those impacted by the hurricanes in our thoughts and prayers.
