ISYS Solutions Inc was honored to be nominated in two award categories at the California State University Fullerton (CSUF), Center for Family Business, 2025 Hall of Fame Awards. The Center for Family Business serves as an education hub and support system for family businesses throughout Southern California, where ISYS started its case management business more than 27 years ago. ISYS Case Management and CareerSmart Learning’s first and second generation of family leaders have been members of the Center for over 10 years and spoken at various events in support of promoting family businesses in the region.
The keynote speaker for the event was Cindi Bigelow of Bigelow Tea, who was interviewed by Center Director, Tim Schultz, before the award ceremony took place. This year ISYS was nominated in the Outstanding Family Business Catalyst and Excellence in Social Impact award categories and won for Excellence in Social Impact.

Alysha Loumakis-Calderon, President & CEO, along with other second-generation family leaders, accepted the award on behalf of the company, stating, “It is not lost on us that our generation of leadership only has the luxury of being able to innovate, invest in other endeavors, and give philanthropically because of the vision, risks and discipline required by those that came before us.” She then thanked her father, ISYS Founder and Chairman, Chris Loumakis “for instilling a sense of civic and social responsibility” and for establishing a culture of “striving for excellence.” She also thanked Pat Soldano, President of Family Enterprise USA, a bipartisan nonprofit that advocates for family business, for nominating ISYS in these categories, along with the CSUF Center for hosting the event and supporting family businesses. In addition, Loumakis-Calderon thanked and highlighted the company’s Charitable Activities Committee, made up of representatives from different employee segments, for “building our Pay it Forward program into the robust operation that it is today.” Lastly, she acknowledged “all our employees, who without their success we would not be able to live by our values to ‘give generously’ or be able to pay forward our good fortune.”
ISYS takes great pride in cultivating a culture of service, generosity, and of impact. We serve injured workers to help them return to work and improve quality of life. We serve our team members by providing an environment to learn, grow, and financially thrive in. And we serve our local community by supporting causes important to our team members, including mental health, veterans’ homelessness, children in need, disaster relief, and animal rescue.
Big thank you to all the team members of our ISYS work-family who make our giving and service to the community possible, and special thanks to the CSUF Center for Family Business for the honor of this award!
