As highlighted in OCBJ’s event recap, this year’s luncheon brought together a powerful cross-section of companies that have made a lasting mark on Orange County’s economy and communities. From multi-generational legacies to fast-scaling newcomers, the event celebrated the diverse ways in which family businesses fuel innovation, resilience, and long-term value.

Founded in 1998 and still family-owned and operated, ISYS® Solutions, Inc. has grown from a single-room office into a multi-state organization with two operating businesses:

ISYS® was built on—and continues to thrive through—core values such as character, integrity, and service. This recognition by OCBJ affirms our approach: putting people first, delivering measurable outcomes, and reinvesting in our mission and team year after year.

The OCBJ Family-Owned Business Awards offered not just an opportunity to reflect, but a platform to connect with peers, clients, and collaborators who also understand what it means to build with both heart and grit.

“We are humbled to be nominated alongside such fine family businesses serving our community and proud to be able to celebrate our commitment to excellence with our stellar team,” said current ISYS® President & CEO Alysha Loumakis Calderon.

As ISYS looks ahead to its next chapter, this recognition reinforces our commitment to staying mission-focused, people-powered, and service-driven.
