With the close of 2024, we were thrilled to announce the official launch of ISYS case management in Louisiana, bringing our excellent case management services to worker’s compensation carriers and injured workers across Louisiana. This marks an exciting chapter as ISYS expands its service region to provide comprehensive case management services to the great bayou state.
Why Louisiana?
Louisiana’s worker’s compensation system can pose unique challenges in enabling injured workers to return-to-work and mitigating the high costs of litigation. ISYS Case Management overcomes barriers for both, helping cost containment and return to work. From early intervention, coordinating and facilitating appropriate care, to educating and advocating appropriately for each case’s special circumstance, ISYS case managers provide expert guidance with a focus on proactive communication and positive outcomes. Our case management approach is designed to bridge gaps and provide tailored solutions to those in need.
Our team of outstanding case managers work closely with each customer and client to assess the specific needs of each case, and customize accordingly to provide support and ensure success. Whether dealing with complex or catastrophic injures, managing multiple providers, educating, or advocating, ISYS Case Management aims to provide the most excellent quality, timeliness and customer service.

As ISYS grows our case management services in Louisiana, we are committed to making a lasting impact in the communities we serve. We are passionate about customer service and “hugging” those we serve. We promise to promote appropriate medical interventions, cost containment, medical improvement, recovery and return to work.
