Recently, Quality Control Department hosted their 1^st quarter team building event. This was the department’s first large-scale, in-person team building since early 2020 (before covid).

We gathered at Lucky Strike Lanes in Orange, California for some bowling, food and most important, a good time!

During the event, QC had the chance to celebrate a few birthdays and honor a milestone 5^th anniversary! We gave away some fun prizes for the highest scores and the first strikes thrown.

Returning to the office in recent months has brought the QC Department together again and closer than ever, still with hybrid schedules not everyone is around each other daily, so that makes these types of team-building gatherings that much more special and enjoyable for all of us, and that is why we put a lot of effort into creating these opportunities to spend time together outside of work.

The QC Department has had some great interactive virtual events during the last couple of years, but they do not match the fun and lasting impact on culture that having everyone face-to-face like this does. Seeing all the hugs, conversations and laughter coming from team members that have not been together in-person with each other in months (some even years) was heartwarming and reminding of how important opportunities for connection are.

This type of gathering reminds us of our Value, Embrace the Family Spirit. ISYS is grateful for our QC family both as individuals and as a team, and for the important role they have in ensuring that we continue to meet the high standards we set for ourselves.
