It’s hard to believe it’s been about 6 weeks now since shelter-in-place orders went into effect in the various geographies that ISYS serves. We are grateful that our ability to serve our employees and our customers remains healthy and in-tact.  Early on, ISYS verified with government authorities in our geographies that nurse case management services for injured workers are considered “essential”. ISYS’ case managers have proactively been arranging appointments via telehealth means when appropriate, and attending in person where it is safe to do so. Case Managers continue to do all they can to provide outstanding customer service,  meet the needs of each individual case, and progress each case forward. They are working with safeguards in place of course, including appropriate personal protective equipment.

Similarly, our entire Quality Control department has continued to work diligently, from their remote workstations, to ensure reports are generated and sent to our customers in a timely and consistent manner.  All colleagues working remotely throughout the organization continue to use creative methods to stay connected, supportive, and positive.  Above is a photo of our Quality Control team having a daily team huddle and keeping it fun by wearing festive head gear!

We hope customers will keep in mind that our Service Delivery Liaison Department is available to provide immediate assistance and take case management referrals by phone, at 1-800-992-8100, and online at . ISYS’ office hours continue to be 6:00a-5:00p Pacific Standard Time, and our customer relations colleagues are available to assist with both routine and special needs during this time.

ISYS is actively monitoring government websites, including the CDC, as well as State Departments of Public Health and State Governor Executive Orders and press releases to ensure we are adhering to the most current guidance and best practices while conducting field case management services and in our administration of those services.

We are proud of how our employees and coworkers are successfully managing during this challenging time, and we are especially pleased with how they have continued to stay forward focused, and how they’ve demonstrate a strong work ethic in alignment with ISYS’ values and the positive culture we strive to maintain.
