We’re taking steps to ensure you’ll continue to receive uninterrupted case management services during this time of heightened concern due to COVID-19.

As of Monday, March 16, ISYS, ISYS case managers are being advised to continue to attend essential onsite visits at “safe” facilities. They are being required to  practice precautions and preventative measures while in the field. We have encouraged all employees who can work from home to do so in order to comply with social distancing recommendations. We have also eliminated non-essential travel, limited visitors to our offices, and moved in-person meetings to virtual formats. We are confident these steps will help to ensure the health and safety of our team and community.

Rest assured our excellent case managers will continue to provide the intensive case handling you are used to receiving from ISYS, even in the event it becomes necessary to perform telephonic services for brief temporary periods.

Our ISYS work-family will continue to provide consistent and reliable support. Our corporate office hours remain from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. As always, you can contact us at any time or send a referral here: https://isyscm.com/online-referral/ .

We’re carefully monitoring the situation and considering advice from government and health officials in the communities where our employees and the injured workers they serve live and work. We will continue to send any necessary updates as the situation evolves. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow cdc.gov and the World Health Organization for the latest COVID-19 updates.
