To “give generously” is one of our ISYS Values. Here is a glimpse of what we’ve been doing lately to live by it:
This past month ISYS’ “Pay it Forward” charitable activities committee focused efforts and resources on disaster relief and coordinated with the American Red Cross to host a mobile blood donation drive. Local employees, and some customers, came to participate on August 25, 2021, at the ISYS Solutions corporate office in Brea, CA, and remote based employees contributed to the blood drive through a location near them.
The goal was to have 20 donors and we were excited to have 23 donors (saving potentially/roughly 69 lives)! All those who participated had to contribute extra time and effort to endure added COVID-19 safety measures, but they did so enthusiastically for the important cause. We are proud to share that ISYS’ positive culture was so prevalent in the colleagues participating that the American Red Cross lead nurse praised everyone’s attitude and mentioned that it felt like we were all “one big family.”
ISYS’ Pay it Forward committee is made up of generously spirited employees from various departments who enjoy giving back to the communities we work in. The group meets routinely to set up charitable campaigns each quarter. Donations support various causes we care about, including mental health, veterans, homelessness, disaster relief, animals/pets in need and more.
Additionally as a part of ISYS’ ongoing effort to “give generously”, this past year we began donating to charities in appreciation for the services we are grateful to provide. For every case management referral received ISYS gives a charitable donation, allowing customers to select the cause they prefer. Customers and colleagues alike have been sharing their appreciation for this opportunity to transform their routine work into continued good deeds that are helping others!
