Season’s Greetings! At ISYS we celebrate the holidays like our values say, by giving generously. This time of year brings us a special kind of warmth and joy as we give to charity, and spend extra time with each other and our customers.

Each season we focus on a specific charity. This season our ISYS work-family donated monetary gifts and many necessary supplies (pictured) to bring to the homeless and mentally ill. During our 2022 year, ISYS and our work-family also donated to the following causes: Veterans,  Pets in need, Children’s Education, and over 20 other charities. Our charitable activities and “Pay It Forward” program has had a huge impact and we are so grateful to be able to give back through the work we do.

Something else we look forward to each December is hosting our annual holiday luncheon and gift exchange with our ISYS and CSL corporate offices. It’s a great time to enjoy the season with festive outfits, yummy food, games, gifts, and best of all laughs and togetherness.

This year we had some unique holiday outfits in our holiday spirit contest. The gift exchange game was based on a poem rewritten for ISYS by our HR Assistant, Antonio (a gifted writer).  It’s events like this that enrich our culture and help us embrace the family spirit even more.

Another thing that energizes us this time of year is being with customers. Living up to our “Hug Your Customer” value every day of the year is so important to us, but in December we like to spice things up a bit. Let’s just say Elf and Santa are making a lasting impression.
