October 4^th, 2019 – Costa Mesa, CA- This month ISYS honored its first 20-Year employee, Senior Case Manager, Carolyn Lowd-Daniels, RN, BSN, MA, CCM.

Carolyn’s long history with ISYS tells a story of success and grace. After being an outstanding Field Case Manager and  Mentor for several years, Carolyn served as the sole ISYS Case Management Supervisor for a period and then transitioned back into Mentoring and Field Case Management where she has continued to demonstrate many fine skills and talents. Her case management style has been seen as bold yet professional and direct yet eloquent. She is a master at the art of communication, identifying barriers, and taking action when issues arise. Carolyn has demonstrated perseverance and the ability to manage some of the toughest cases with ease.  Carolyn’s strong work ethic and no-nonsense approach is balanced by a great sense of humor and genuine caring and compassion for those she serves.  The ISYS Founders and Leadership group,  joined by some of Carolyn’s closest colleagues and family, celebrated Carolyn’s many contributions and toasted to many more years of professional success in a special dinner on October 4^th, 2019 at the Water Grill in Costa Mesa.
